Know-How & Technology
The production capabilities and technologies available allow us to use the most efficient materials and a vast range of processes necessary for all the types of shield and armor used in our cables.
The attention to the raw materials used and the compliance of each individual product is supported by important qualification tests conducted in our laboratory.
Performance materials, mechanical and cable dynamics, performance and electrical behavior are carefully tested to conform to various industry standards and the stringent quality standards we set for our products.
The use of optical fibers in the products and in the construction of hybrids dedicated special cables is supported by rigid inspection and qualification tests by means of OTDR instrument which ensures perfect functionality and performance of the elements in the fiber used in the finished product.
We use top-quality raw materials, which are tested and systematically checked by our laboratory. We are constantly looking for new materials in order to find increasingly effective solutions, aimed at each specific application.
We manufacture our cables entirely within our production department, starting from the single raw copper wire to the final product construction. Our machines allow the processing of most thermoplastic and cross-linked compounds, also in silicone, as well as the production of metal braids, helical wound shields, and synthetic fibres reinforcements.

Our laboratory is equipped to perform multiple conformity tests necessary to guarantee the high-quality level, considered to be an essential requirement of our products. The tests are carried out rigorously during the entire production cycle, in order to evaluate mechanical, electrical, optical and safety performances, with high level equipment constantly checked and updated
Qualification Test
Low Temperature
Tests of resistance to bending of the cable in the presence of low temperatures.
Fire
Testing of cable resistance to flames and fire.
Flexion & Torsions
Cable's resistance tests to alternate twists and flexions.
Wear
Cable resistance tests to wear and damage.
Toxicity
Emission tests of smoke and toxicity of materials.
Transmission in Fiber
Attenuation and integrity test of fiber optics elements.
Chemicals
Cable's resistance tests in the presence of chemical agents, oils, industrial fluids.
Tension
Voltage tests and insulation resistance.
